After the payment has been received, the order is validated and engravings withdrawn from sale on the site. The order is shipped by Airmail from Paris (France) within two working days

- SHIPPING
We deliver worldwide by Airmail and Registered Airmail.
- SATISFIED OR REFUND
You have a period of 15 days (the postmark as proof), from the receipt of the goods, returning engravings which would not suit with a copy of the confirmation order email. Engravings damaged by the client will not be refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client and are not refundable. Refunds will be made within a period less than or equal to 10 days after receipt of engravings by our services.
- RETURN POLICY
Any return of artworks should be a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer. Return shipping charges and risks are the responsibility of the client.
